Ruva began its journey in 1995 with a simple belief --  that good food begins with honest ingredients.

What started with a deep connection to traditional oil-making and the wisdom of generations has grown into Ruva Foods, created to bring pure, unrefined, completely cold-pressed oils to modern Indian kitchens.

For us, this isn't simply about making oil. It is about preserving the goodness of a tradition that has been part of Indian homes for generations.
